Poster/Talk guidelines

Oral presentations
Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint. On Thursday September 4th, all presentations will be uploaded at 1:30pm. On Friday September 5th presentations will be uploaded at 8am for the morning session and 1pm for the afternoon session. Audiovisuals staff will be available at the podium at the times noted above to assist with presentation upload.

Faculty talks: 25 minute presentation (approximately 20-25 slides), 5 minutes for questions
Post-doc/GRA talks: 10 minute presentation (approximately 10 slides), 5 minutes for questions

To ensure that the retreat program is maintained, please adhere to the guidelines when preparing your presentation.

Poster presentations
Easels and poster boards will be provided at the Retreat. The poster board size is 3' x 4'. You will be provided with the exact location of your poster at the registration desk.
