Other Information

Location
The CMIB retreat will be held on the ground floor of the BRT located at 460 West 12th Avenue. Oral presentations will be held in the auditorium, room 115. Posters will be located in rooms 105, 130, 134 and lobby. Please register at the desk located at the main entrance to receive your name badge, program, and abstract book.

Parking
Parking is available for A permit holders in the 12th Avenue Cannon or Neil Avenue Parking Garages. The open lot on Cannon is available for B and C permit holders. If you do not hold a main campus parking permit you will be provided with a voucher to cover your expenses in the Cannon visitor’s parking garage. Please see a member of the retreat staff at the registration desk upon arrival at the BRT.

Food/Drink
A dinner buffet and refreshments will be available on Thursday September 4th. Breakfast, sack lunch, and afternoon desserts will be provided on Friday September 5th. Beverages will be available throughout the day.
